CrownWorld currently has two land investment projects in Ocala, totalling a little over 200 individual residential building plots.

There is also an established Homeowners Association that was created to ensure that all relevant fees are collected in order to manage the upkeep of the neighbourhood.
Each residential land product offered by CrownWorld fits the same simple strategy:
• All plots are delivered unencumbered, with a freehold land Title Deeds and with irrevocable planning permission for low-density residential development.
• Infrastructure is already in place, including a tarmac road, connection to the local electricity grid, and mains water, drainage and telecommunications networks.
• Investors have no obligation to build; they can either hold on to their land asset until local and international factors determine the best and most profitable time for a sale, or they can build out their property and take advantage of the far greater ROIs and the excellent rental opportunities available.
