Cayman Islands at the Forefront of Eco Tourism
Cayman Islands First For Eco-Tourism
The Cayman Islands have once again shown why they are at the forefront of the Eco-Tourism market with the announcement that the Department of Tourism and the Department of Environment are joining forces to highlight the different ways that the Cayman Islands tourism industry strives to be green. They will both be showcasing their efforts at the annual Living Green Fair on Friday, 20 April.
This free event will take place on the lawns of the Governor’s residence from 11am to 6pm, with vendors providing information and demonstrations of environmentally-friendly offerings.
All of which this is good news for Cayman Island land specialists Crown World who are launching their first Eco-Friendly project on Cayman Brac in the coming weeks.
The development, called Eco Village Cayman Brac, is located on the bluff to the west of Stake Bay Bluff Road. It will feature mixed use of residential villas, commercial units and luxury hotels covering an area of just over 100 acres.
The launch of the first phase will see competitively priced freehold villa plots that can be purchased with an interest free 5 year payment plan.
Although the project has not yet been released you are able to secure the best units by pre-registering your interest; send us an e-mail with your name, e-mail address and contact number to enquiries@crownworld.com and as soon as the project goes live a member of the team will be in touch to assist you with your enquiry.
