Crown World Breaks New Ground
The Cayman Islands are witnessing a hive of activity as Crown World forges ahead with the infrastructure on their prime land sites across the islands.
After the successful completion of Turtle Estate and Ocean Bay their attention has now turned to Dolphin Estate, Little Cayman Estate and Dubli Golf & Beach Resort. The diggers and earth shifters are working tirelessly in an effort to get these sites ready for construction.
As stipulated in the outlined planning permission the establishment of roads and electricity connections is a process that must be undertaken before title can be transferred to its new owners.
‘We take our responsibilities towards our customers very seriously’ said company Vice President, Roberto Bordi. He went on ‘this is a vital step towards preparing our sites so that our clients can construct their dream property. If you are considering buying land in the Cayman Islands then asking about infrastructure completion dates should be the first thing you do.’
The first of Crown World’s clients are preparing to start construction work in next few months and a recent visit to Grand Cayman saw Crown World Director, Tom Harper, lead an eager group of investors around their newly purchased plots. They were impressed by the quality of the infrastructure and the work that was going on. The presentation was well received and captured on video.
