Architectural Design
As part of CrownWorld’s undertaking to provide a full turnkey solution for our clients, we have created a new department called CrownConcepts. CrownConcepts is responsible for, amongst other things, delivering on all of the key issues concerning the construction of a property on our freehold land.
A full set of architectural plans are required in order to apply for a building licence and before any construction work can begin. For this reason, included in the price of every freehold plot of land sold by CrownWorld is a full suite of bespoke architectural drawings for a contemporary villa. This keeps costs down and speeds up the process.
Also included is all construction documentation required to build a dream home in the Cayman Islands.
Upon instruction from the client, a member of the CrownConcepts team will submit the documentation and architectural designs necessary to obtain the licences for construction. They will then project manage the tender process and the construction of the property.
