Environmental
The CrownWorld Group believes in a prosperous and sustainable future through cost-efficient and energy-saving green buildings. All our design concepts have been created in full compliance with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system that has been laid out by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
LEED is a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, as well as construction, operations and maintenance solutions.
Sustainable Design and Build
CrownWorld Concept Villas have been designed to maximise the natural beauty of the Cayman Islands and to minimise the impact of building and living in this pristine environment. The developments are shaped by a responsibility to the environment and the desire to offer a fabulous home in harmony with nature. We believe in sustainable luxury – by offering exceptional comfort while protecting all that makes the Cayman Islands so unique.
The construction of each project follows recommendations from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), which promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability in the following five areas of human and environmental health:
1. Water savings
2. Energy efficiency
3. Materials selection
4. Sustainable site development
5. Indoor environmental quality
